“Take the Cake: Confections by Brooke” was started by 15 year old sophomore Brooke Szymanski as a way to show others her cakes. As a graduate from Wilton Cake Decorating Classes 1, 2 and 3, Brooke’s skills range from fondant work, royal icing flowers, and roses to basket weave design. The possibilities for cakes and cookies are almost endless with the skills she has learned.

Brooke's experience now covers the range of 24 different varieties of cake, for all occasions- birthdays, wedding showers, and more. With many different flavors for both the actual cake, frosting, and decorations, Brooke's confections are guaranteed to look and taste great.

Brooke's areas of creation include customized cakes, cookies, and cupcakes. Not only can she make for you some of the looks shown on further pages of this website, but she can almost always create a special cake, just for you, from a picture, drawing, or idea. Convenience, creativity, and craftsmanship are very important to Brooke, and she will do her best to ensure that your personalized confection is up to standard.
